Yeah.... I was just looking at this and initially I voted 3 or 4 times a week. Looking back now and if I went on 'averages' .... well, I'd be somewhere in between once a day and several times a day. (I was counting the same porno as once when, it could actually be 3 in the one sitting)
How many have had that one .... thinking about how good the one you had just before was

It's weird because it means we live in a society of hedonistic pleasure addicts!
But seriously, I think it's a perfectly natural and healthy thing to do. Not sure what the ideal regularity would be, but once a day probably isn't that bad. I just find it difficult to imagine.

Yep, I too have something close to a wank once a day.
Usually, it follows a set sequence. (a) Go to bed. (b) Think "I'll just read a few more pages then I'll put the book down and have a nice wank before I go to sleep". (3) Suddenly open eyes and think "God I hate that damn alarm clock! How come it's morning already?"
