After seeing the last two matches on the GC, I am not heading up this year.

2013/14, our players treated it like holiday, if you ask me.

We should win this year, based on the Suns injury list, but you never know.

I will watch on Fox Footy from the comfy confines of my lounge this year.

Yep me too, was bloody awful last year

Didn't Thomas have a break out game last year "up there"?

All I can remember is Clinton Young dropping a sitter in front of our goals just before the siren. It was game over. Crying or Very sad

Ah, is that the one where we managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory (again)?

Can't see why not as there is no VFL game for the Pies this week.

So relieved to have Sidey back but losing Tooves will hurt us big time on top of Ramma still being out

Brought in Fas to an already slow team. Not good.

Yes we are slow.
Good point.

So I can only assume that Kennedy is injured.

That was the tip over at bigfooty earlier in the week.

Strange but he can play that role I believe.

Made a similar point about White, certainly think there's merit in trialling these things, particularly this year.

You need at least two things going for you as a player to start in the middle:
Express pace or change of pace (Swan and maybe Adams)
Endurance (Pendlebury, Crisp, Greenwood, Sidebottom)
Or combination of both (Dangerfield best example)
Witts and White have neither so simply won't work trialing White or Witts/Grundy in the centre.

White has already started in the midfield as a ruck-rover so clearly the coaches disagree with you and see it as an occasional left field change up, I'll trust their judgement.

Against a very quick team but I'd guess he's a like - like with Patty K.

Be the front runner for the green vest I'd think.

Yeah, suggested he had some tightness in a hammy.

Watching this week's 'Team Sheet' program on the Pies' website, it was interesting hearing Balme speak of Fasolo's inclusion after being previously dropped.

Basically he said that last week in the VFL Fasolo demonstrated that he is willing to play the team game and not just think of himself. Rough praise.
