We better not lose to the toothless Tigers next week. Everyone will laugh at us.

Lost it in Q1 when luck deserted us and favoured the Cats heavily.

I just can't understand Cloke .. how can you miss such easy kicks .. 20-30 m out and it's a bonus if he sticks it through .. beef it from 50 and the chances are he gets it.

And Gault. David King said that he thought Gault was providing us with some forward structure. Let's hope the kids learn a few lessons from that reality check. Bucks looked ropeable in the box during the last quarter when those turnovers just killed us. I expect training will be very tough this week.

The night in a word: FRUSTRATING.

Well that was a reality check.
Matched them in the last 3 quarters but was thrashed in Q1
What did we learn?
Well Dwyer and White are not up to it.
Blair was disappointing as always against good opposition.
For people who think Gault is not up to it - have a look at White.
Really lacked run and carry.
Overall I am not that disappointed but remain optimistic about our future.
I don't think the Cats could have played any better and us any worse.

Just didn't go hard enough all night.

Cloke and White miss easy shots.

Can't play so many soft players in the one team.

Why didn't DeGoey come in ahead of Armstrong?

Got served a huge dose of reality. A nice big fat reality burger with a side of humble pie. Lesson to be learned Pies, you are not good enough yet to play with no intensity for a half and escape with a win. The Cats are a middle rung team, and we looked like a side who had 3 easy wins against bottom sides.

What do we do with that mind job up forward? How can we possibly contemplate beating any team noteworthy with this guy spraying them all over the place week in and week out. Just do not know! Help me understand, please!!!! I'm begging you, someone, please explain how, how, howwww!!! Arrrrrrrrrgh!!!!

Funny I would argue all three of our ins contributed next to nothing. Witts 15 touches at 66% with a mere 15 hitouts. Broomy only 12 touches - looked lost. Armstrong 16 touches at 87.5%....

I'm shocked at Langdon - 23 touches at 43.5% - something tells me the Cats identified him as a weapon.

If it wasn't for that 60-90 burst in the last quarter I'd actually be proud of the way we fought the game out but that 3 goal burst was just disgusting after all the hard work we'd done.

In the gun for next week without question - Wiits, Armstrong, Dwyer, White, Cloke, Goldy (??)... but I guess who have we got to come in. Maybe time for a debut?

Econd half proved we were as good. PSYCHOLOGY is a major factor...If we had played throughout like in last quarter, a whole different ball game. We actually applied our trademark pressure, and Geelong looked vulnerable.
Fitness levels clearly excellent.
Conclusion:attribute significant component of this loss to mindset.
Will happen with such a young team.
Ferocity to the end a great sign.

Oh well these games will happen.

Armstrong to soft

Witts hmmm, just not sure.

Broomhead bit weak.

We missed Ramsays aggression.
