DeGoey and Moore are emergencies this week. May not be long before they come it. Seems the club is keen on Moore to play soon and DeGoey already has been exposed.

Were last week as well I think from memory but is that because of a lack of more senior alternatives? Fasolo, Reid, Witts, Armstrong the only guys who played VFL last weekend with more senior experience. Fasolo had been dropped to find form, Reid and Witts returning after injuries, Armstrong has been solid through the preseason without shining. Who was left?

and our forwards...

To be expected when you've got Freeman, Scharenberg, Moore, Maynard, Goodyear, Manteit, Abbott, Marsh and Cox sitting in the wings without any senior experience and only limited VFL exposure. That's 20% of the total squad. Keeffe and Thomas issue only exacerbates that.

But PK is the only one of them senior ready. Fas dropped to regain some form, Witts returning from shoulder surgery.
