A great effort in the heat last week against the Bears, lads, brilliantly led from the front by fearless captain Think Positive. Nice work from broken-down old former captain Swoop42, who played like a youngster of 46, and a special mention for young Woftam who came off the bench and tore out a few new aresholes on several players, some of them opponents.

When you are on a good thing, you stick to it. No change this week.

Mind you, if we don't have a good win, there are plenty of youngsters smashing down the senior selection door and there will be buckets of blood on the committee room floor. Don't worry about that. just get out there and move!

It's a worry when I'm playing like a youngster of 46 when I'm only 38.

Thanks Tannin I'm worthy of retaining my spot as cellar master I think this week if we achieve a positive result the team should celebrate with some nice mellow aged Penfolds 389 followed by a smooth Galway pipe for a good night toddy.
I'll have team thoroughly lubricated pre match to enhance to game day experience for those less fortunate to not make this illustrious squad.
I'm expecting big things today from our mid field as I have been plying them with gentleman jack all week to ensure they can play through any pain.
Go the pies

Sorry coach, got the flu, woman flu not the chicken shit man flu. Stuck home but I've been busy working my magic, and while not a world beater, the Blair witch project has some merit today, since the Clokeing device is being choked.

I knew we were going to lose as soon as the coach called me YOUNG Woftam. His eyesight is either failing him or our team is full of geriatrics.
Oh & who the hell made that banner we run through? I was exhausted trying to break through it.

Tannin I take some responsibility for this sad lose. I over lubricated our players to the point most were actually passed out drunk prior to the 1st bounce.
But the majority of the blame lays at the feet of lazzo's parrot who ate all the dimmy's thus not allowing us to sober the players up quicker than the last quarter after we stole food from unsuspecting seagulls.
I personally feel the players (minus lazzo's parrot) should be given a chance of redemption.
I pledge I'll serve low alcohol scotch bourbon rum and beer to the players prior to the commencement of the game.
During the game I'll return to full strength beverages to fuel there desire to smash the aint's into submission.
If this plea fails I'm prepared to resort to old fashion bribery

Not wishing to criticize anyone but why have me kicking the dew off in the ressies when I'm absolutely ready to go after a pre season of altitude training (was high all summer) and strict diet and early curfew (jail is good for that).

The forward line was a shemozzle and clearly WPT and Jezza are labouring in the key forward spots. We need some youth, vigour and dare I say it a bit of Flash.
