Good to see he is Talking to ex-Ruckmans and getting advice from them.

Also saw at the Richmond game Grundy was hanging around Peter Moore.

We just need a good Long-Tern Ruck Coach that can work with, Then more then a Talk or 2

Quote:
“I was talking to him about fitness; about situations that might come up in ruck work; and what he would do in certain situations.

Good to hear him asking how to get fitter

Thanks for linking the article Dave!

Grundy has a very good head on his shoulders! His attitude and his willingness to work hard to become a better player is second to none and this is demonstrative of his eagerness to talk to Dean Cox who was one of the premier rucks of the competition in the past decade to 15 years!

He had an excellent 2013 for someone who didn't have a proper pre-season of preparation but I think he's the first to admit that he stalled last year like many second-year players do but I'm really looking forward to seeing what he produces this year.

Brodie will be a gem for this club! I've always had high hopes he would be a gun ruckman in the future but we need to be patient and enjoy the journey he's embarking on to become an excellent football player.

You're kidding. As Jezza said, one of, if not the best ruckman of the last decade.

I think Grundy is ready for a massive season 👍

At least you're predictable Defender. Right on cue. You must be a delight to be around.

OK, you hate him, but FFS, you have to acknowledge that he was the best ruckman going around for a long while.

I hate Judd, but he was a damn good player.
