Let's smash these turds.
They rival Carlton as my most hated club and are coached by one of the AFL/VFL's all time smart arses.
Putting our last NAB cup performance aside I expect a ferocious, committed and passionate performance regardless of result (although I'd love a win). I want to see a lot of new faces out there namely those who have impressed in the preseason and a new playing style that doesn't ask too much of the same old players week after week. Pendles, Swan, and Cloke have earned a chop out by now.
It's time for the next generation to launch themselves upon the AFL scene and what better place than Rd1 2015.
Go Pies! |

Go Pies.
Let's see if we are getting better or continuing the slide. Hope we win the first "Beams Traitor Cup".
If we don't win I hope we at least give Beams grief. And DeGoey has a great start to his career.
I at least want to see our forward entries and structure improve. Not let them coast to coast. And see us have a kick out that is better than long kick to the boundary. |

Let's be honest who in the hell knows what to expect from this side next Saturday night.
Could be a train wreck or a much welcome surprise.
Really want this win given the whole Beams affair and last seasons arrogance by Brisbane after they defeated half a Collingwood side.
In reality they aren't that good of a side still (7 wins in 2014) so anything less than a win or highly competitive performance will be bitterly disappointing.

Gun mid field looms but nobody to kick their goals. If we can kick 15 we'll win so I want to see Fasolo and Karnezis in there. He'll be keen to show those pricks their loss and they could kick 2 or 3 each which would be a good start. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

Agreed, nothing would surprise me, I'm leaning more towards us getting flogged, hope im wrong. _________________ Defender...........

Actually kicking 15 is the problem. _________________ Defender...........

Exactly my point. Which is why we need to pick guys to score not just to apply forward line pressure ie Blair _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

Brisbane are the most despicable of all AFL teams. This gutter club, which poaches players while still on contract and then knowingly palms off players under a betting cloud. I am hoping we smash them. Their lack of strong forwards means that our defence will not be tested too much. Swan and Sidebottom need to really step up to counter their midfield. What midfield combination is envisaged? I am concerned that Taylor Adams is our only tough in and under midfielder, given the loss of Levi Greenwood. Do we try Josh Thomas ? |

Last year, the only team I was worried against pre-season was Hawthorn.
This year, the only team I'm not worried about is St Kilda. _________________ Fighting against the objectification of woman. |
