We have come out and got backs against the wall results before ......cue west coast game last year for one .............looking fwd to hopefully singing the song at the completion of the season opener Saturday night .

To me it is all about keeping the players focused, realistically were Thomas and Keeffe going to be regular top 22?

As long as the players pride themselves and the pies we will be ok

Brisbane have the better midfield and are therefore the better team. I expect they win this one, early season may be our worst.

O'Brien's a big loss from an already struggling midfield. Beams too. Greenwood, Varcoe, Crisp and youngsters can help fill that loss but that will take quite a bit of time.

I don't know why but I don't see what's happened to Josh and Keeffe as the type of event that galvanises the playing group. I mean it's not like the whole group is under attack. In fact if anything - and assuming they know a lot more than we do - the best we could hope for is them "winning it for Josh and Lachy". Doesn't inspire much confidence. We've never been as good at that as other clubs.

By tomorrow I think I'm just going wish I was waking up and it's game day so we can find out if it's going to be a diabolically bad as some of us fear or a pleasant surprise!!

Well we haven't lost at GABBA since 2010, when Fevola torn Maxwell a new one. But that season kind of ended okay i guess...

Regardless, in 2015, i'm already about to snap.

If i see a certain TRAITOR DOG running amok without an opponent anywher near him all night, racking up cheap posessions for 3 Browneye votes, and smirking at the final siren, then so help me...
