Almost all of our wins and 'brave' defeats were played in wet conditions, but once we're on a good track or at ethiad we tend to struggle, just throwing it out there.

Maybe we should play more games at Docklands so we can get better at dry weather football. In fact I think it'd be character building for us to play some more "Off Broadway" games next year. How about we play a bunch of games at Docklands as well doing all the interstate trips including Tassie? Might be good for the lads to play some tough hard footy away from the hype and BS of "the big stage". Obviously we'll have big games against Essendon and Melbourne at the G on the public holidays, and perhaps we could request Friday night games against the reigning premier, just to test ourselves against the best on "the big stage". But apart from those games I reckon it'd be good for us to slog it out "Off Broadway". It'd feel like we were keeping it real.

Just putting it out there.

midfield is slow - so maybe we are - pendles, swan, Sidebottom, adams, greenwood - no pace compared to the good sides

Yep, we are just a slow team with below average disposal skills and wet/greasy conditions does mask this fact quite a bit. So, we should be doing better in the winter months but alas we are not...very mysterious.
