Well I have had Bad Internet Speeds(tops out at about 1mbps on ADSL2) for 2 months and they said about a week or 2 ago they would come and fix not today.
But these Dozy Idiots who work for Telstra E-Mailed me at 5:04 and said they have to Re-Schedule and they be another £$%$ed 9 $£$%^%%$ DAYS before they come and fix.
They Apologised for there Inconvenience. I want to tell them to stick the Apology up there Ass _________________ I am Da Man |

I have wifi in my house in Thailand I pay approx 23.00 per month and get 13 mbps. It crashed a week ago. Girlfriend took router to office about 10 minutes walk away. They serviced it and the next day she got it back and within 2 hours 2 technicians came to get it right and it is good as gold. And this is meant to be a third world country. Testra and Optus etc suck for service and Victoria being last in the NBN rollout is no help. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

Thailand I believe has always been a first world country. The use of those terms is always so wrong.
1st World = USA and allies
2nd World = Soviet union and allies
3rd World = non aligned and neutral countries.

That shows that how far behind Telstra is to rest of the World.
Well I live. I have to wait another 2 years to get the NBN _________________ I am Da Man |

I get a solid 28-30mb with Telstra cable.
No complaints here.
To be honest, I've never had an issue with Telstra on both Mobile and Internet.
When they have said they will send somebody, they came. When I've had a billing error, they fixed it. |

Iinet is a reseller. They just buy space on the Telstra network at wholesale and sell it at retail. They don't own any of the infrastructure and can't repair it.
I'm a Telstra customer and I'm very happy with the service. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Our Business can only get 16mbs Max. Mind you if the other end can only send at 2mbs there is no point. |
