Well the last 2 games in the Pre-Season I have been very Dissapointed in our Leadership Group. They have shown no Leadership.
We are down on Confidence and a good leader would fix that kind of Problem by trying harder and talking to the other guys to keep there Sprites up and keep them going.
Seen nothing of it the last 2 games.
Saw it late last season too. Just like the Eagle and Lions games.
It is a Massive Worry

More of an issue in the back line Dave to me
Our Premiership back 6 had Heater, Maxwell, O'Brien...
Very vocal leaders, and now there's no one down there to organise
