in the club's recent email about its top 5 initiatives, i read:
Quote: | This year Collingwood home matches will have more colour, cheer and activity than ever before. The Magpie Army will also have the opportunity to get involved through half time competitions, giveaways and prizes throughout the season. |
something meaningful and not one mention of the term "sponsor activations". good one.
in the cricket world cup literature and faqs the guide proceeded to tell us how "sponsors have been permitted to activate" in the fanzone. people really have to get out of their bubble. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

I would hazard a guess, and say its searching far and wide, by email, snail mail, facebook etc, whatever, for more sponsors, and annoying the hell outa them on the phone too, trying to coax them into a sponsorship deal with the club involved. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.
