I've heard of that Caveman diet.

Are the Cavemen ethically sourced and humanely killed?

As long as they are grass and not grain fed.

That works, the stoners have more fat.

People may joke about Paleo, but if you understood it and embraced it like I have and countless others, you would not touch junk food or processed food again.

One doesn't have to know or be part of the Paleo diet Bruce not to eat processed or junk food and good luck to those who are doing the diet, great stuff.

Then again I went for the Atkins diet: ate half a mongoose (raw), side of beef, lashings of lamb, 3 cape barren geese, elephant neck & four & twenty blackbirds. I got sick but man did I lose weight Wink

Then again, I could have had Chinese berries

Well I wish they imported ready decorated birthday cakes, cos $$%^%%$ hell, the price of them is a crime!

Looking for a 21st cake for my daughter, OMG! Can't believe the price they want! Thank god for the cheesecake shop!

At the cake shops for a basic cake that looked like a box, in Tiffany blue, with a bow, and a bit of writing, average price $240! She said it fed 40, gees they must be small eaters! A decent sized one, over $300! The woman gave me a look like stingy bitch, so I said, hey I bought her a car already! That shut her up!

Went to the cheesecake shop. Settled on a caramel mud (her favourite) with Tiffany blue cream stuff icing, and the nice girl there said she would copy the side decoration from the fancy one, (I took a photo,) and add a nice proper icing bow in white, feeds 65 (not quite as small eaters) $125, I can live with that!

And at least I know they are yummy!

I just had a Cheesecake Shop caramel mudcake for my birthday on the Friday just past. I usually go with a baked Cheesecake, but the Caramel mudcake is awesome.
