I believe the Bucks and Pert part is them superimposed to the Risky Business scene with Tom Cruise.

Very funny video!
Caff as Clark Griswald, Taylor Adams and Billy Bob in Bad Santa and Swanny as Kevin in Home Alone 2 were all hilarious and standout moments from the video!
