| Post subject: Any love for Alex Rance ? |  |
|
Stories abounding Rance wants out of Bitchmond at seasons end. Has been offered a multi year deal upgraded but has put off signing until late in season according to his management.
History tells us this generally means he wants out.
He is a genuine KPP and is a backline general who would be fantastic with our young players like Frost, Langdon, Williams and Moore. Would allow us to play Reid forward and play Cloke at CHF running up onto the wing.
Brown has knee issues and whilst I like his determination Rance would be a huge upgrade for us going forward.

Did you see the shit he served up last night?
Arse reamed by a kid in his 4th game.
Captain Obvious presumes Freo will be ca$hed up for him though, if he walks at end of 2015.

He's a FA isn't he?
Danger would be my number one priority, followed by the loosening of grip on one of the GWS players (McCarthy, Treloar, Shiel) but miss out on those then you would consider him if he's a FA.
Getting him would allow Moore to be developed forward and Reid to play there if it's our want.

Why the hell would we even think about using a bucket load of cash on another tall defender? Would be an absolute stupid move. Can't believe anyone would even be contemplating it. Get a player we need. Gun mid or emerging key forward.
1 - we have plenty of tall defenders.
2 - he isn't that good & not worth big money. |

Um, if we got Rance he wouldn't have to play against Cloke.
LOL at suggesting any of our defenders (barring a fit and full strength Reid) are better than Rance.

He's the current AA CHB.
He must be ok.
I don't think we'll entertain getting him and probably shouldn't but it's a valid discussion point.
We should be going hard for Danger.

FMD - Rance stunk up the G so bad last night, that the smell was still lingering prior to play today... you're only as good as your last game at this level of football.
