Marsh as well when he comes good; talls we got, I'm worries about pace around the ball if Freeman can't get up

i remember being so excited by those guys even though (in hindsight) they were rubbish. king, mullins, davies, fanning...imagine how exciting it'll be for the next 2/3 years watching these guys come through. can't wait Smile

Dark days indeed; had high hopes for Fanning, but he was never what you'd call a tough nut....just hope this crop turns out a bit better

Given my long standing view that Blair is
a dud. I think maybe Buckley and co believe
that hard heads are the way to go and this is why they keep

is the way forward.
Well I can't think of any other explanation in keeping Blair.

Ahhh...maybe because he CAN play and is better than both Kennedy and Sinclair. Over 100 games and at 24, from here on we should see the best of him. Was asked to play a position that Leon struggled with in 2010 and 'Wee-man' performed no worse in a team that did. In the best 3 tackles and generally has good hands and disposal. Not a brilliant season last year but 21 out of 22 says he wasn't the worst

I will try and give the Blair bashing a rest in 2015.
But who knows with my brain!

Blair's year in 2014 was his worst for some time. His tackles were way down as were his possessions. He wasn't alone of course, but he had a pretty ordinary year. Actually, a Nickster posted Blair's stats over a period of three or four years and it was quite worrying reading. Anybody remember who it was ?

These stats are wrong.
He kicked 12 goals in 2014 and had over 300 disposals.
Still poor stats.

Be probably more relevant if you had a table including total team stats with his as a % of.

Yes, 'derkd' posted the stats with an asterisk because the season was still progressing and I omitted the asterisk so my apologies, but my observation stands; Blair had a poor year by his own standards and he'll find it tough to get a gig this year no matter how much Bucks loves him. Freeman, Karnezis, Williams and Seedsman should be regulars in 2015 and try as I might, I can't find a spot for him above emergency status.

He was asked to play CHF in the absence of Reid so he has one NAB Cup game to prove himself again in my eyes.
