Provided he's over his 2014 injuries, it wouldn't surprise me to see Swanny playing until he's 34 or so. Pendles has another 6 years too. |
Everything crossed that Swanny, Pendles, Cloke and Sidebottom types break the trend, Witts and Grundy dominant rucks into their early-mid 30s would be nice. |

I read that article. Interesting to read 2010 was the youngest premiership side since 1978. Took Hawthorn 5 years to make their next grand final and win the flag.
Most interesting was there was only 6 players out of 20 from 1978 who played in the 1983 side (Eade, Wallace, Dipper, Tuck, Matthews....all pretty handy players {and all but Matthews still there in 1986}, plus McCarthy). It was Jeans' 3rd season at the helm.
If we have a 7 year run a la Hawthorn 1983-89 who of us would complain ? _________________ Spiral progress, unstoppable,
