Seriously, what's wrong with some people? Even if one found her argument offensive or annoying, I fail to see how anyone could think this was a reasonable response.

Not saying it's happened in this instance, but it wouldn't be the first time that 'rape and death threats' are faked in order to get even more attention/hits/sympathy. It's a sad state of online debate that once someone gets blown away by logic they resort to gaining sympathy through proxies.

Anyway, trolls are always going to troll. Taking it seriously if it did happen is just stupidity.

It would e good if the tools who do post rape and death threats on social media were found, named and shamed. Tough guys when hiding behind a cloke of anonymity.........................

I'm not so keen on 'name and shame' campaigns, but a visit from police and a criminal record wouldn't go astray (at least in the more extreme cases). People have to realise that this shit has consequences.

I tend to think the name and shame is the entry level. Police and criminal record is when that doesn't work.

Police are just not interested it's too hard if it crosses borders or territories for them to get warrants ect.

Here's a different take on one of these street walking video's.

I think he would have gotten less harassment if he'd dressed down a little.

Got pretty mild treatment really, walk down a few streets in Midland, Morley or Girrawheen like that and I dare say, you would be lucky to not get bashed.

Did he really need the Victorias secret bag?

Would that be acceptable though, sounds a lot like the old "she was asking for it because she wore a slutty dress, whats a bloke to do your honor".

Definitely not acceptable. Just what are they trying to prove? There's places I wouldn't walk down the streets and feel safe. It's like, let's jump into shark infested waters and see if we get bitten.

Shark infested waters!? It's a public street, not a bikie bar.

I'd imagine most reasonable people would agree that a person should have the right to wear whatever they like in public without copping this kind of shit.
