Nope not letting you get away with that one. Hogwash. Our defeat of the Cats in the preliminary final of 2010 was the best I have ever seen any team play. To suggest we won it because the other team was off their game due to a rift is just complete horseshit

Also if i remember correctly Abblett was almost bog so that puts that theory to bed.

I would love if we got someone from left field like Robbie Muir.

Jacqui Lambie. Some of you are pleading with the club to think outside the square. Appointing a female is a start, one who is not scared to speak her mind - no boys club mentality and one who has connections that might be useful. Pity she knows nothing about footy Smile

So I guess the bombers aren't worried about the cap?

Hird, Craig, Harvey, Neeld and they're still chasing Thompson.

That's at least 3 former senior coaches as assistants to Hird next year while we have none.

Crikey even the hawks have Ratten.

I think Jackie Lamby is the best politician we have had since Pauline. Speaks her mind and supports our vets 100%. She has those fat cat public servants shaken in their boots. And she described Abbott correctly. But hey she seems to be too focussed on that shit hole Tasmania. I would sell that to the Russians. So get her to Collingwood asap as President. I am serious. She is the last chance for our Club .

And let's no forget the final sword has not fallen. They may need a senior, more than happy for them to chose from 3 failed coaches! Thompson is hedging his bets!

If we can't get Allan, I like the idea of Ayres. Experienced, very successful at VFL level, thinks outside the square and hasn't been linked to senior coaching roles recently!

Otherwise I reckon scrap the idea of director of coaching in its entirety and bring in an administrator - Craig Kelly!

We would need to pay him more than the entire coaching staff. Ned will come on board when Ed goes.

Walsh was a rude arrogant pig.

Balme was the best head of footy we've had.
