A number of suburban and regional venues will host games during the month-long festival of football.

Blacktown (NSW), Mandurah (WA), Burpengary (Qld), Townsville (QLD), Fremantle Oval (WA), Coffs Harbour (NSW), Morwell, (Vic), Shepparton (Vic), North Ballarat (Vic), Albury (NSW) will again host pre-season clashes while Drummoyne (NSW), Norwood (SA) and Port Lincoln (SA) get their first taste of AFL football.
...
In addition, the League also announced club members with game access would be entitled to attend NAB Challenge matches free of charge. Fans are being urged to sign up ahead of the start of the competition to ensure this feature applies to them.

I am going to see if I can get to that game in Launceston, I'll have to keep an eye on when tickets go on sale would love to be there for the game.

We're celebrating 150 years of Aussie Rules in Tasmania so this is a fantastic way to celebrate it.

Hopefully the Carlton game is our only twilight game for the season. Can't complain about 4:40pm in Bendigo though.

Good fixture, on balance.

Only complaint I have is the game at Etihad. These games should not be played at regular AFL venues. Take them all on the road, play them all at places that don't regular AFL action. I was hoping for that third game to be played somewhere else like Manuka Oval. Or Victoria Park... Wink

Oh well, good to see our Tasmania and Bendigo fans get a piece of the action in any event.

March 21 is an Etihad double header according to that fixture. Richmond and north at 1.10 and Richmond and us at 7.10.

Good to see the promotion of the game outside the major cities.

Entry is part of your membership this year I think.

Great to see pies and blues here in Bendigo. I think I'll be atttempting to arrange a corporate tent for work clients. Should be good fun.

I'll have to email the club and see if that counts the Tasmanian membership.

Think my better half and I might go to Launceston and check it out. Sounds like a good excuse to go to Tassie!

I'm happy with that fixture and even better that members get access into these games for free if they decide to attend. The matches between Hawthorn, Carlton and Western Bulldogs should be good challenges to prepare us for the Home and Away season.

Happy to see us play in Tasmania and Bendigo before we finish off in Melbourne to play the Bulldogs, unfortunately at Etihad though since I can't stand the place.
