I wonder if he'll be replaced?
Ayres, Thompson...
Or a reshuffle and Sanderson comes in? |

Rockets retirement fund gets a boost should be the headline. We could see the Suns looking for a new coach next year if they fail to make the finals and the AFL will pay out the contract just as it will pay out Rockets to Collingwood. It's all becoming a joke regarding contracts, they seem to really mean sweet FA.
In saying that I am happy for Eade to go and it will be interesting who his replacement will be. If Carlton sack Malthouse if they don't perform this year, all could be forgiven and MM takes on the job he turned down? |

I'd be happy with Bomber.
Another one who'd be interesting to have as a coach/player mentor around the joint is Woosha! _________________ I'm not the pheasant plucker I'm the pheasant plucker's son, and I'll be plucking pheasants til the pheasant plucker comes! "Try saying that with a mouthful of peanuts!!" Lou Richards |

For mine, the intellectual property is potentially the worst feature of this with respect to who we are going to recruit this year & next.
Time to get back to tradition.

I'm not sure that's a big advantage. Every club now has a dedicated recruitment team who will have ranked every available player based on a number of attributed.
So Brisbane knowing who we rate doesn't help them a hell of a lot unless their draft pick is near ours and they're after someone who we don't rate. I'm not sure how this scenario turns into a loss for us unless they decide their recruiters are crap and rely on ours opinions. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Can we combine the two threads please.
And as I recall, I said that neither the Suns nor the Giants would be a premiership threat. Just a feeling folks, if he can't do it with Footscray, he can't do it with Footscray Number Two with Money.
Mugwump and and his mate Churchill should be jumping up and down. This is what happens with other peoples money. At least them pesky socialists spend it on schools and hospitals... |

A couple of things.
Eddie STFU and stop embarrassing yourself once again. Wish him well and send him on his way, Christ I didn't think he was much chop anyway.
Get a decent person as mentor down at the club, get Bomber Thompson, simple really. |

I do not see any reason why the club shouldn't stick up for their legal rights. If the Pies can get the Suns to pay some of our football dept costs under their cap then so be it.
