Other first round: Sidey, Elliot, adams, Grundy, Broomhead, Kennedy
Other guns: Cloke, Swan _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Yep. Only issue is whether we use 48 or promote Frost.
When is the next list lodgement?
EDIT: Friday October 31, by 2pm - List lodgement (1); Rookie promotion to primary list; Retained second and third-year rookies; Scholarship players; Alternate talent player nominations, Total player payment (TPP) estimates.

Based purely on a list management position, you'd go to the national draft. Pick 48 should in theory be a better player than the rookie draft pick you'd have if you upgraded Frost.
Assumes Frost is satisfied to stay on the rookie list, take the Scharenberg LTI upgrade, and wait for a formal upgrade till next draft period.
Problem is that creating vacancies after the 2015 season might be even harder if all the kids come on as we'd like, and the senior players traded in all perform at their peak.
Pressure will be on everyone to perform in 2015. |

Wouldn't worry too much about 2015; Swan will be gone for one, and if the kids come along as expected/hoped for, there will be a few delisting's/bargain basement trades to clear the list _________________ "The last thing he expected WAS THE FIRST THING HE GOT!!!!!"

7 senior spots cleared this year (incl Hudson) and haven't got enough room to promote Frost AND use our 3rd round pick. I agree, there'll be a few under the gun, Armstrong, Ramsay and Young in particular, but what if all 3 have stellar seasons? Who is next? Not quite as sure Swanny will hang the boots up either unless he struggles though another season battling injuries. |

Frost shall get upgraded with pick 85 as he has just signed an increased 2 year contract that exceeds the rookie wage terms. We shall use 5, 9 (already on Moore), 30 and 48 as the draft seems deeper than last year if you're to believe phantom drafts from those in the know like:
* Callum Twomey
* Page Cardona
As such am sure we shall be up to 41 senior listed players and with 1st, 2nd and 3rd round list lodgements occurring over the next 8 weeks. It probably leaves the following vulnerable to being rookie listed or worst case delisted:
* J Ramsay
* T Armstrong (2nd year contract to run)
* A Oxley
Even with Mcaffer and Scharenberg on long term injuries, we still have to lodge our final lists in December, so we can't use that as a loop hole. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Frosty signed a two yr extension, so its fair to say he's on the list somewhere. |

As far as I'm aware, the rookie salary terms only prescribe a minimum wage to be paid, clubs have the discretion to pay above that as long as ithey don't exceed TPP.
Players also have be delisted and then redrafted to the rookie list. |

You can redraft a "nominate rookie" player to the list and he can retain his salary aka what the Suns are doing with Greg Broughton and similar what we did with B Hudson for those 2 years. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |
