Deka plan to replenish midfield has Taylor "Tay" Adams coming in to play the role
vacated by Luke Ball --big shoe,s indeed and i wish him all the best.
With two experienced men in Steele and Pendles to give him a chop out we can have a
young and very good mid field going forward
Think Swannie be forward more but can also go mid at times
Crisp and Greenwood will feature in contests
Probly Young & Varcoe out runners
Bring on 2015 _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Adams best work is inside and it will be Geeenwood giving him the chop out. If these blokes can play consistently ( and to a degree JT) it will allow Pendles, Sidey and swan to cause damage on the outside. If pendles wins the most clearances for the team I'd be dissapointed.
Hopefully Varcoe as well as crisp will add to the outside in the middle. Along with broomhead and Kennedy.
Shit we have done young talent. That's without freeman. _________________ "Even when Im old and gray, I wont be able to play but Ill still love the game"

Like your assesment !!
And i like the fact that altho we have youth we have the chance to
grow them into roles.
Honestly believe we have the makings of a very good side
Hope it goes on to be a great one _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

I seriously think we should take a dive this year finish last and be best place for what could be the best free agent market so far... |

Ladder position isn't a factor for FA, in fact, the top FA's to date have gone to ladder leading teams. |

I saw a tweet yesterday from Tay saying "Rome I love you". Unless they have a Westpac Centre in Rome he is not back to training yet _________________ I'm not arguing, I'm just explaining why I'm right |

Yep - He is still overseas, but is due home soon I think.
I reckon Adams is going to be a bloody ripper for us. |

Yes it does matter if you lose a top liner like we did with Beams...think about it! |

No way these young guys need to get that winning culture
We don't want to be damaged goods like bullies
Agree the midfield on paper looks like a proper midfield with a nice mix
Don't forget Witts and Grundy
I'm just a little concerned if we get a couple of players injured whether we have the depth...who else can step up
I have 6 mids
Peddles
Swanny
Sidney
Greenwood
Tay
Thomas
Some limited time
Freeman
Kennedy (size) ?
Williams (down back)
Blair
My money is on a surprise like Johnno Marsh. Nice size at 193cm and pace to burn..Ave kick but could cause absolute havoc
I'd love to see that

Then there's Crisp and maybe also Karnezis and eventually Scharenberg.
Plus a player like Laverde from our pick 5.
That gives us plenty of options and flexibility. |

Is Adams replacing Luke Ball or Luke Ball and Dayne Beams?
Comment from Hine said something along the lines of Adams development covering for Beams. _________________ Sydney Collingwood Supporters Club
