new chants 2002

Please i encourage everyone to put up new chants for the upcomming season.

Nothing too long please remember they have to be short and catchy.

Over the past couple of days i have rattled my song writing skills and come up with the following.

THE FOLLOWING IS DEDICATED TO BUCKS to the tune of 'winter wonderland'

I think i will have to conduct this one until we can get it right because it is a good one.

ok i have put them here so i dont lose them and so we can get some feedback,dont be too critical ok its not easy>
And we still will be chanting and singing our songs from last season.

Theres a great song by the Jimmy Caster Bunch called "Hey, Leroy, You're Mumma's Calling You". It immediately made me think how funny it would be when directed at opposition players such as Matty Lloyd or Matthew Richardson.

The song goes like this:

[Some Guy Whistles To Get Attention]
"Hey Leroy, You're Mumma Is Calling You Man!"
[Everyone Laughs]
[Everyone Then Chants] "Go To Your Mumma! Go To Your Mumma! Go To Your Mumma!

you need to get the song and listen... I think it would be great replacing "Leroy" with opposition names and then the magpie army chanting and pointing "Go To Your Mumma... etc etc".

PEOPLE !!

As much as i laughed and liked your chants we have somewhat become sidetracked, them songs would of been good in the old unofficial days but NOT in the official cheer squad. obviously it must be much harder than what i thought..please we want good decent catchy tunes !! i will work on some more and get back to yous.

Joffa... I thought Rowdys was ok.... I rather liked that one... Nothing wrong with that one is there???

The others were a bit over the top to say the least....
