Onya Pendles. There could be only one this year. Let's hope next season it's a 10 horse race with no clear winner. _________________ Well done boys! |

Lumumba's value just went up at least.
Losing your 3rd and 4th placed winners isn't that great though.
Blair 10th.
Same as D.Thomas.

There were some great highlights tonight - speeches from Maxy, Dids and Pendles. Stirring stuff from our two captains. One telling the players to "$£$%^%%$ stand up" next year and the other full of optimism.
Well done H on having the guts to turn up and give thanks for what the club has done for you. You can now leave with the gratitude and blessings of the club and its supporters.
Lowlight - of course, the non-attendance of Beamsy. Really piss poor effort. I don't care how uncomfortable he would've felt, he should've taken Heretier's lead and departed with some grace and dignity. He's lost me now.
What I got one of the biggest kicks out of was seeing the Iceman come 8th in the voting after his first full year in the team. And he's a backman too! Fantastic effort, Jack. So glad you're going to be with us for the next two years at least! |
