It appears Hid will be sacked today and Bomber will stay. That's two clubs who sacked their coach without a guaranteed replacement in a market where good senior coaches are rarer than hens' teeth.

The Suns must be regreting not appointing Ken Hinkley to the job in the first place. Now they have lost him for all time as well.

Given there is every chance we will now lose Scotty Burns, bringing in one of McKenna or Sanderson would seem reasonably likely.

Another Malthouse alumni "bites the dust"!!!

* Neeld
* Watters
* Laidley
* Worsfold (flag aside)
* Now McKenna

And no Bucks won't be next!

I'm pretty certain Worsfold wasn't an assistant coach under Malthouse just the captain of a side he coached.

That's right - what's more Malthouse famously dropped Worsfold for a final despite Worsfold claiming he was right to play

I love Scotty Burns. Would prefer a Burns-Sanderson-Buckley combination. Not fussed if Robert Harvey leaves the club.

I do too, but I'm keen to see Burnsy get himself a head coaching job.

Burns to Gold Coast/Adelaide and then Sanderson into Collingwood would sit very well with me.
