Cloke-forward
Grundy- ruckman
Witts- ruckman
Frost-backman
Keeffe-backman

Only one forward in that lot of KPP's.

I too had big hopes for White. As it stands, if we get Clark, I wonder if the club might consider trading White, since with Witts, Grundy, Gault and even Cox, he'd basically be surplus to requirements?

I'd doubt it, I cannot imagine Cox would have any trade value after we'd only just signed him as a rookie. I'd imagine Gault and Grundy will be given more time to develop with the possibility of Witts and White possibly rucking a bit more with Clark maybe doing it from the forward line.

Plus with Clark suffering all those injuries I'd think keeping the other guys around might be a smarter more.

Perhaps we could just trade White for Clark - if Clark never plays a game, he will still be better for us.

White is better as a third tall forward / second ruck. He's not a FF or CHF IMO, so if we want to play Reid back, then White would be good. But I don't reckon he'll be much chance of getting on the park will he?

Should we be trying to get him? Is he better than Jesse White?

Danger Will Robinson Danger.

Do you want a guy with known mental issues (depression) to come and play at a club where he would be under even more scrutiny? Shocked

The trend has been to start a new Mitch Clark thread every week. Not even sure if it's in the sticky posting rules, but can these twelvies at least check if there's an existing thread?

Bucks quoted from ABC Radio today as having strong interest in Clark.

Therapist thinks he needs a new club to start fresh. Hmmm. Anyhow good for us if we can grab him for cheap. The kid can seriously play.

^ Further to AC's comments about Bucks on radio:

On 774 radio this afternoon Bucks was asked what was happening with H said:

Friendly relations, not as acute as described by media, that H deserves to have a rejuvenated career, that in this day & age it is less common for a player over so many career games to be at one club. (In short, if the right deal is struck he's gone).

This was said with the admission that Collingwood basically want Clark & have seen him on 2-3 occasions & are doing their due diligence.
