Had a shocker in the GF. Plenty of kids have gone on to be guns after this scenario. I'd be making an enquiry if I was Collingwood. Can obviously play. Weave him into the Beams Deal or Lumamba. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

We get Moore and potentially Clark, don't see that Reid fills a need. Parker on the other hand...

If we get Clark and Moore we then have KPP stocks of:
Defenders:
Frost
Keefe
Brown
Forwards:
Clark
Cloke
White
Gault
Swingmen:
Reid
Moore
Don't need anymore |

This.
I'd also add that even if we miss out on Clark, we've also got one of Witts or Grundy to alternate in our forward line and who knows, maybe this monster Yank in Cox will be a surprise package! |

This is harsh but both Reids haven't endeared themselves on GF day.
Ben 2010. Broken leg, but was serviceable on Kosi.
Ben 2011. Had quad issue, but was smashed by Hawkins.
Sam 2012. I can't remember. Don't recall him doing much. But was very young.
Sam 2014. was a nominee for [snip]. |

Ben 2010 was great till half time, played the second half with a broken leg and did his job. This kept the rotations up, great effort
Sam 2012 - kicked 2 from memory and played his role well.
Sam this year went in underdone and it showed. Didnt help the inside 50 stats and on a few occasions he played down back.
I think Sam is better down back than up front, much like Ben early days.
What they can both do is play at both ends. There is upside to both however injuries are becoming an issue _________________ "Even when Im old and gray, I wont be able to play but Ill still love the game"

We've brought in a Leon Davis medallist from Sydney before in Darren Jolly and he was great while he was here. Not sure we really need Reid though. (And I don't think Reid even 'won' it this year, I think it was Jetta). |

Seriously, if he wasn't ben reids brother, would he even get a mention on here. He looks lost at the moment ( which is a little understandable in Sydneys front half ) If he doesn't mark it, his second efforts aren't good enough. If he does mark it, his team mates just occupy their defensive zone positions and prepare for the oppositions kick out. We need real quality not quantity. |
