Read an article by Recruting Manager where he believes the group we have are
capable of maturing into a finals bound side.
He does not particularly think we need to replace like for like which I imagine referes to
ready mades replacing Harry & Dane,
I applaude his confidence and hope he knows what he is saying
IMHO think the group is extremely promising tho wonder do we have enough experience
to get tight games over the line
Bucks had meeting with whole group several hours before Copeland and by all accounts
the input players to coaches/fitness and visa versa was excellent _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Yes but it takes time to mature into a finals side and we need a few big bodied players who can run out a season and make an impact now. It worries me that we have a big lack of experience in the side now. A balance of youth, mid range and older players is important for developing a strong team capable of playing finals but the club would know better than we do. |

Agree and as it stands our big bodies must stand up
Two in particular have the frame and size --Cloke & White
Must use their strength at the contest to give the smaller guys
targets
IMO it will take time as long as that time bares fruit _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

White plays like a wide receiver. He's not going to use his strength in that way. |

Has Hine been going to the Harp hotel as well? _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

I don't think that's what he meant because that flies in the face of what Bucks and pert have said all along. I think Hine means we don't necessarily need a running half back for H or a goal-kicking mid for Beams. He has said that a ready to go player and pick 4/5 for Beams is what they are after. _________________ After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!

Agree. Think he's saying that we aren't necessarily looking for exact clones. |
