Various people not wanting to change the coach have mentioned that things can turn around quickly and quote Port as an example. The Port turn around is largely due to replacing Primus with Hinkley. |

Except you keep contradicting yourself by saying look at Port Adelaide and how quickly things can turn. Replacing the coach is largely responsible for the turnaround at Port. |

I think its a two step process. if you sack a coach you need to also appoint a coach who can bring something that the group was missing. Its no use just sacking a coach if another "incompetent" coach is appointed. I think this is where sides like St Kilda and Richmond have erred in the past |
