Do you not know how to run a business or how a person at one club may think??
In a business sense its a smart move as like stated he is already on the payroll so therefore most of his salary will be the same.
Now in a person sense how he would be thinking this. Yeah he will get a payrise for being promoted but his doing it because now he gets to become an AFL assistant coach at Collingwood. I would take that without a payrise as its an opportunity. Also say Lappin was getting 300,000 and we were paying Grace maybe 50,000. Gice Grace an extra 150k-200k and we are saving money |
