Tim if you are going to be a syncophantic Heritier apologist well at least get your facts straight. He is 27 currently not rising 29, clubs are not platforms for individual agendas that deflect from the team cause and lastly look in your own backyard Timmy. Do:

* Mitch Robinson
* Jeff Garlett
* Karl Norman
* Laurence Angwin
* Jon Dorotich
* Josh Bootsma
* Nick Stevens
* Brendan Fevola
* Eddie Betts
* Simon White
* Heath Scotland
* Jimmy Buckley
* John Nicholls
To name a few whom have "helped police with their inquiries"!

It's actually a really good article:

http://m.brisbanetimes.com.au/afl/afl-news/collingwood-struggles-with-independence-of-magpie-royalty-heritier-lumumba-20140913-10gh5h.html

Not sure what the list of Carlton players has to do with anything. I think you've missed his point completely.

Dear oh Dear... Did he say something positive about Heritier? How awful!

But sometimes the truth hurts doesn't it? Laughing

There's a lot of truth in that article.......but it is misleading because it ignores a crucial fact. Heritier, has chosen to abuse fellow players, officials and coaches when they don't respond 'adequately' to his histrionic outbursts. This aspect is completely overlooked in the article.

Collingwood would be proud of Heritier for taking a stand on numerous humanitarian and social justice issues, but they should not have to put up with dummy spits and vitriol directed at them in the process. This is something Lane has deliberately chosen to ignore.

Yep, I don't see anything wrong with the article other than the long bow of linking H's leaving with criticising McGuire over his King Kong comments.

I'd be very disappointed if Lumumba's forced out of the club for what appears to be nothing more than the crime of independent thought.

For those looking to score points against Buckley over this article,it must be remembered that Tim Lane is a died in the wool Carlton tragic,and will use any excuse to take a slap at Collingwood.So some perspective is needed here.

Im not looking to score points against anyone.
But Buckley's man management failures keep slapping me and all of us in the face.

Get some perspective about Tim Lane?
I couldn't give a toss who wrote it.

See your profile pic??
Ask them what they think about Bucks time in the job?

Do u want to have a bet on the result?
That may give you some perspective

The article's got nothing to do with my views. Nor does point scoring against Buckley.

All Buckleys man management failures like re-signing every important member of the team and only losing those that the club isn't interested in keeping? His failures like bringing in young quality like Taylor Adams who was so impressed by Buck's coaching at the academy he actively chose to come here? Man management failures like Goldsac... ummm, like Broomh... ummmm like well, um, like WHO?

The point keeps being made and all the Buckley haters keep ignoring it.

I don't live in Victoria,so it's pretty hard for me to ask the players what they think about Buckley.If you're so concerned about him,then why don't you ask them yourself and then report back to us?
