A call by Bucks personally to Tyson today may be the extra "layer of love" that gets Tyson to sign. Believe we have raised our original offer. Tyson confirmed this on 3aw tonight. Yeah!

I hope this is true and I'm glad bucks is taking the time to call Goldy and speak to him directly of his importance to the team.
Some times hearing things like that from the man that matters can be the last piece in a puzzle. |

he is a good player, i really hope we are not over paying him to stay. Would hate to find out we tipped in more money...that means we lose a quality player down the track.

Think the major sticking point has always been the length of the contract. The Sack justifiably wanted some longer term security. |

It was being able to continue to read Nicks as a Collingwood player 
On a serious note, well done Goldy.
A fit Goldy is worth quite a bit to our team. That first goal in the premiership game 2010 & his manic like approach to tackling in the first 1/3rd of this season was great stuff.
