| Stay cool. Take care of yourselves today people, bring your pets inside (unless they're stupid cats who demand to go outside on 40 degree days), make sure they've got water and check in on your elderly relatives. |

Overnight low in my area was 28.7 at 6:30 am. It's now 32.9 and rising.

Dogs got shade and water in the back yard, I've got both aircons going and sweating bullets while doing housework cos I'm bored and can't get outside.

Got the three a/c's on low so if I need to I can pump them up.
Filled the water bowls up in the yards for any animals that might need a drink as well. |

solar heater is heating the pool, should be at sizzle point shortly! I just finished in the gym (its not air conned, hubby really wanted an office, prick!) we have cleaned the garage out, the house is cool, the dogs are in the house, time to make a green smoothie, and them um, clean out cupboards! invited too a friend holiday house at anglesea, too fricken hot for the beach!! might take the boat out fishing at 5am tomorrow, I love this weather!!

| I've brought the rabbit inside and given him a frozen bottle of water to lie next to, even the stupid cats don't want to go outside. First house I've been in with no air con for years, I've got soft. |

1 is an old wall mounted classic in the lounge.
The other two are the portable ones with the vent hoses in the bedrooms, one bedroom gets full sun until about 2 or 3 so it's best to try and keep that room cool or it becomes a boiler room for the house and the other is in another bedroom with someone still sleeping so they have it on. |

39 at 2:30 at my place.
Just went and bought another air con and installed it in my bedroom window.
Also grabbed a bottle of Stones while i was out, so sitting down with a Stones, Jim, Ice and Soda before I go jump in my pool.
