Scott Pendlebury!

Scott has become just the fourth winner of this award in its nine-year history, joining Tarkyn Lockyer, Dayne Beams and six-time winner Dane Swan.

He won comfortably with 57 votes after four successive years of finishing second. He also polled votes in 19 of his 21 games.

2012 winner Dayne Beams was pressing hard and neck and neck with Pendlebury up until his injury against Brisbane. He finished second with 47 votes.

After a slow start, Steele Sidebottom rounded out a great season with a third placing and 37 votes.

Special mention should go to first-year player Tom Langdon, who finished in sixth place with sixteen votes and two BOGs.

28 players polled votes this year, which probably demonstrates the evenness of our squad as much as our struggle with injuries.
