Reminds me of a poor mans heath shaw, goes in like buggery, but lacks heaters flair, still, he has a go, give the lad that, looks a fierce bastard too, yeh, why not, least he has balls and guts. ! _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Oh dear, pleas tell me the OP didnt say he was a good kick.
Nothing but a long ball merchant...think of Brent Maloney, get it, turn blindly and boot it as far as possible and out of sight.
No finesse or touch whatsoever |

Williams, Grundy, Beams, Goldy seem to have a bit about them... just need a few of the bigger blokes to fire up and run hard at the contest to help clear some space and hurt the opposition - fairly. i.e Frost, Cloke, Witts.
Oh yeah - NO to Robinson! _________________ Love us or Hate us... we are Collingwood - you can't ignore the Mighty Magpies!!! |

We have a pretty soft side to be honest with only a few players likely to get in the face of the opposition when required. |
Grundy definitely has some mongrel and doesn't mind throwing his weight around, but he doesn't have a lot of mates. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Think Grundy, Frost, Williams, Adams all bring some healthy agro to the team. Witts to is developing in this area.

What we need is 18 blokes who can hit a target 7.5/10 times under pressure. Tick that box and add 4 rough nuts sure, won't matter where they play. _________________ Get back on top. |

A lot might have changed over the years in football but the benefit of having some genuine hard men in your side who get the opposition looking over there shoulders whenever in there vicinity isn't one of them.
We have a pretty soft side to be honest with only a few players likely to get in the face of the opposition when required.
Look at the half time squabble against Brisbane a few weeks back, there was Swan and a couple of others up against about 10 to 12 Brisbane players.
Didn't like the look of that at all. |
That looked terrible! We are very soft now. I can't see it changing immediately either, we just don't seem to have the players with that character now. |
