| 14 players wearing "L" plates in the team tonight. And the other 8 includes Blair and Goldsack. It's to be expected that they would tail off. Still very sad to see. |

Yes I believe that our fitness program has been a major cause of the injuries. It simply isn't possible to believe that the carnage on the field is unrelated to the carnage off the field. I think Davoran has been pushing our guys too hard.
We have demonstrated superior aerobic fitness on many occasions this year (outlasting opposition in the last quarter) but the soft tissue injuries have been devastating. Need to get the balance right next year. |

- variable ticket prices [Collingwood tax]
- high food prices
- lack of free to air games = migration to foxtel
- insulting to our intelligence number of sunday twilight games
