Swans have no need for Lumumba. He would struggle mightily in the confined space of the SCG. We'd need to offer up someone else I'd think. _________________ Fighting against the objectification of woman. |

You are dreaming!
Harry has no trade value except to the UN.
His age is against him and he has had a terrible year.
Brown is slow and injured with bad shoulders.
Although Reid is no Tuck re body type _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

Ahhh, this time of year already?
How many times does it have to be said, you can't package average/good players or flawed players or past their prime players for an A grader or possible A grader.
Just doesn't happen. So please stop. |

I would be heart broken to see Lumumba go. In my mind he is an A grader. We remember his bad games this year, but he has played plenty of good games as well. Sydney have an ageing back line so they may be prepared to do a straight swap between Sam Ried and Brown. Both players are surplus to needs at their clubs. Both are fragile medically. Would definitely do the deal. |

Sam Reid is surplus to nobody's needs.
The guy can mark the pill like not many others going around.
Sydney are not letting him go unless for something VERY special. _________________ "I am a great sage, equal of heaven.

Christ some people under rate and over rate players, Brown & H would be overs for someone who is so fragile, hasn't done anything near to what both have done and is injury prone... Grow a brain trollers! |

Agree with that.

Huh? No way Sydney would let Reid go for Brown and H. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

There is a common criticism of Collingwood fans that we over value our own players and undervalue opposition players. This thread confirms it.
Heretier is a headcase who can't defend 1 on 1, shits himself under the high ball and, despite some decent stats is a shadow of Harry O.
N. Brown is a great defender in the Presti mould but not much else. Also struggles to stay on the park.
Sam Reid is a potential A Grader swing man just like his brother. There is NO way this happens. 0. Nada. Zilch. Forget it. |

Yeah signed a five year deal either last year or the year before. I cannot remember which. But I cannot see them accepting this deal one way or another anyway.
Sounds more like an early Freo trade deal. _________________ Ðavâgé

I differ from you guys I reckon Sam Reid is all hype.
Since he signed that big contract couple years ago he has done bugger all (injuries haven't helped).
Look at his stats this year, pretty underwhelming for a bloke his size. |
