It's not Young's fault we will not make finals, that's ridiculous.

Then again, it's not his fault for,

Not being able to make a tackle
Unable to break a tackle
Making poor decisions
Avoiding any form of body contact
Being injury prone
Missing set shots
Missing shots on the run
& let's not forget, dropping easy chest marks

That is complete and utter crap - FACT. The rest.... fair enough. He's still added a dimension to our team that perhaps only Seedsman can offer (or Harry if he could run fast again!!).

We need another sticky thread on this forum - we'll call it the Scapegoat Hunters.

So you agree with 7 out of 8 points above & still believe he brings something to our team.

Sounds a bit like Ryan Lonie. There is a place for silky squibs. Watching him pinpoint a 50m pass from the wing into the forward 50 is so nice.

Agree completely with the OP. One player dropping one mark should be held totally accountable for the teams inability to win enough games over 22 rounds to qualify into a top 8 position. Makes perfect sense.

Since you pushed me on it I had another read... actually I disagree with about half of what was said. Particularly early in the year. The rest is nitpicking. He still brings more than Seeds given that Seeds had no pre-season and is still incredibly 'young'.

Just sick to death of people looking for scapegoats.. be it the coach or a particular player. You reallythink one individual is responsible for what's happened this year?

Well, it seems with the Tiggers winning, thanks to that dog Franklin pulling out of Pink Ducks selected side, that Bitchmonds superior percentage would have got them home too, even if we did mage to secure 12 wins.

Regardless, West Coast and Adelaide would be more deserving of 8th spot, considering the unprecedented shit Collingwood has served up for the last eight weeks or so.
