How about late season 2005? |
It's a tough one, but I know that I hated us losing so often back then. Even if winnig meant that we would have missed out on Thomas or Pendlebury (probably Thomas). But there was a top 2 draft pick up for grabs; what is it now, going up one or two places in the queue? Sorry, you'll have to do better than that.
I'm with JW. I'll cheer for the Pies every time we play.

I think we are all royally pissed off with the recent losses here on Nicks, all Pies fans are, if the players are as pissed off as us, we can and will win, anger and determination can move a mountain. !

I'll be even more furious if we lose this game. GWS are carrying injuries too. We're putting 22 fit players out there, they have to run out and want to win. Period.

After such a poor run recently I think it is important to win and try to win. You never want to generate a culture where winning a game is not a major priority.

Tanking is a foul culture. I don't think we have tanked at all this year, just performed badly under a poor coach.
