We lost the game. I lost my voice.

But didn't we sound bloody great tonight. It was a wonderful thing to be a part of. And the great thing was that we did this on a losing night.

When the team was playing poorly early, we were as loud as hell. And each time they slipped away from us we just barracked harder ... although, I must admit, we died a bit right at the end when all chance of winning had gone. That's something we'll need to work on. Unfortunately I died a bit towards the end myself, because I just about gave myself a hernia abusing that slime-bag umpire No.7 for giving that free kick against us in the goal square in the last quarter.

The "Carey's a wanker" chant was even more impressive than the Barry Hall version a couple of weeks back.

Well done Collingwood Cheer Squad. We are on the way back to being the BEST.
