Was worried about the lack of defensive height after losing Marsh but they seem to be holding up. |

3-12, did we swap boots with them? |
They've certainly struggled to kick straight. They owned the ball for the second half of that quarter but no Geelong player really looked like kicking a goal from over 30 metres out. Quite a few rushed behinds, too, but a number of those have been from poor kicks that should have made the distance. |

You trying to bait me, P4S?
In answer to your question, I don't thin Tony's been that bad. Got caught having to cover some bigger guys a couple of times.
My critique of him not offering attacking drive is on display though. Our most damaging half backs have been Langers and Schara, but that's no real surprise...
Shout out for stui - Gault playing a pretty good game. Our best tall, IMO... |

Been a long suffering Gault fan, kid hasn't had a decent preseason in his time at the Pies, hopefully he's done enough to be retained. |

It still is. They're playing Yagmoor tall now, he has Brown.
We're obviously trying to free Scharenberg up to play freer, but Yags is starting to get exposed IMO... |

I just hate seeing an experienced player standing off the contest at half-back and calling for the handball out behind the pack for a cheap possession. Especially when Riddle and one or two of the others down back struggle on the ground. |

Geelong get the first of the term, in spite of some desperate goal line effort by Riddle.

Horrible hand pass from Fergie to Seeds. Costs us a goal. Cats starting to get on top now. |
