Gutted for Max & Karstan and Michael & Carlene.
Dee and and Daz though can suck it. Karma train hit them in the arse for being sooky, whingy bitches for the whole series.
Happy for the boys to win, and happy (although a bit surprised) for Chris and Jenna to take home lots of cash.
I thought the reserves were really quite low and all the apartments were worth more than they went for. 5 happy buyers definitely picked up bargains tonight.

You gotta wonder hoe the buyers of the boys and Chris and Jenna's apartments are feeling now! Maybe that they paid too much? But yeah, I was happy to see both of them get a good profit. Not do much sooky Chris, but Jenna definately. They copped so much crap.
Surprising results for sure.
Wonder how the next block will go?

Only a couple of genuine bidders with the actual readies who genuinely wanted the apartments - after the first two went not a lot of competition left!
Irony? - Chris and Jenna scored less points and so went first and in the end it was probably the reason they made good coin and why the boys won - after that not enough competition and so those that followed made buggar all.
Lot of work and intrusion to make no cash and whilst I cant stomach Dea I felt a bit sorry for Daz he worked hard and his work was good quality - would have made more in the time off the Block as a tradie I reckon.
But they all rolled the dice ............... Sometimes you win sometimes you lose!

$700 a week per contestant
with the 10 grand they won, someone worked it out to $1076 an hour or something!
I'm guessing a couple of the girls will get some add jobs out of it, 2 were stunners. Charlene in particular..

Yep and that's why they shouldn't be whinging. This was the worst result, but they have had no sales before, and low profit. Can't believe the couple who won $40,000 and a free wedding are whinging they have nothing to live on!
