The AFL Season is all but over now.
So with the VFL Team sitting 5th on the VFL Ladder and If we beat the Cats next week we could make the Top 4.
So get down and support the Boys

Yes - I am going to Geelong on Saturday.
Would love to go to Bendigo but too far away and it being a Night Game.

we should win this game. geelong lost on the weekend. 11am is a very early start. there is a tac cup game afterwards (at 2pm) in which darcy moore will be playing.

I though Moore might of played for the VFL Team with Marsh gone for the Season

I'm happy to stay with the Seniors. We win the next 2 then roll the dice against Hawthorne. In any event, I got taught that you dont leave until the end (Collingwood v Fitzroy Semi-Final 1981).

he might get a game then but wouldn't he go back to tac cup given they are playing this week?
hope he does get another opportunity at vfl level.

I be going to the Seniors games but I am not expecting that we will make Finals.
Would have to win last 3 games and I can’t see us beating the Hawks

Yep.
Which also means Bendigo-based supporters won't get to see our team play up their way again, although maybe the club can lobby for a NAB Challenge or practice game there in the future... |

He's captain of the Oakleigh Chargers, which means his first obligation right now is to them, and they're the favourite for the premiership. It was lucky the TAC Cup had a bye, which allowed him to play for us. He'll go back to the Chargers this week.
He might play for us against Bendigo, but I'd say we've seen the last of him in black and white... for the moment.  |

we committed to morwell this year and no reason why we couldn't play a vfl home game at bendigo. perhaps that vermin of a club from windy hill could host a home game there to compensate for abandoning them.
