No. I have an account, of course, but log in maybe once or twice a year, and then usually only to switch off whatever nasty new data-slurping tricks they have switched on without my knowledge sine I was last there.

Do you know what that those ubiquitous "f" buttons you see on websites practically everywhere are for? So you can "like" something? No. Their primary purpose is to track everything you do on the Internet. (Read the code. If you don't have the appropriate skills, ask a techie friend to read it for you.)

I have a Twitter account too. I log in there any time I can imagine finding it interesting or useful on Twitter. So far, this has happened zero times, but you never know.

I use a pseudonym for my facebook name and it's linked to an email address that i only use for Facebook. Care factor is somewhere around zero.
