Post subject: [Rumor]Kennedy and Broomhead Homesick?Reply with quote
Well the Rumors doing the Rounds at the moment is that both Ben Kennedy and Tim Broomhead are homesick and have asked to be Traded back to South Australia.

Nothing really solid behind this as it’s just mostly been a BigFooty Rumor and 1 mention on 6PR(SA’s SEN) and a Article just saying Port where tracking Broomhead.

Nothing about them being homesick.

I doubt they are homesick as they are close with Grundy and Scharanberg.

I can’t see this happening?

Wouldn't be the first time a kid wanted to go home, let's pretend that Broomy did want out at seasons end, what would we expect in return?

I think a mid first rounder would be the asking price - or the equivalent, it would be a huge set back for us.

don't know why you even bother posting this.. if it aint credible source no point in discussing. I could jump on bf and post something and be just as reliable. If they do then we would get good returns unless they want to risk the draft so see what happens

So we haven't re-signed them as yet I take it?

Seems a little odd given the season is almost over and so is there initial 2 year contract.

Hopefully just a formality.

Yeah Grundy was re-signed prior to the season iirc, seems a bit odd we'd leave it so late with broom and bk.
