I Hope he does well. I feel there will be no in between either he will have a good game or bad one and the "perceptive fellow" on here will have no mercy if he does something wrong.

Yep, lots of them have been good enough to play AFL or represent collingwood. Rolling Eyes Wink

Lets hope he does well in his first game, donning the black & white.

Congratulations. For those who watch VFL weekly, has he earned it? Just a question, needs to be asked. I wouldn't know.

He hasn't had the most inspiring season. Has absolutely squibbed it as a defender, constantly giving his opponent 15 to 20 metres of space. If he pulls that cr-p against Port, his man will have a day out. His rebound out of the back half has been of the short, chip chip chip kind. He is an inoffensive player, doesn't offer real attacking like say Sinclair does.

As a wingman, he has had some better games, but don't let his numbers fool you, he gets a lot of 1-2 gives. His unaccountability gets masked, because he plays as a freewheeler. And one who doesn't take the game on the way someone who has his particular gifts should.

Look, good luck to him tomorrow. But as a 25/26 year old, now in his 7th year in the AFL system, if he hasn't ironed out those weaknesses in his game by now at 2 previous clubs, then I doubt he will with us...
