Well, if climate change leads to a shortage of prostitutes in Bulgaria, then i'm sure that Bulgaria at least will become serious advocates for carbon emission reduction.

Reminds me of those cartoonists in the 1800s who drew Darwin as a monkey in order to take the piss out of the theory of evolution. Probably got a few laughs and back slaps. They don't seem quite so clever now.

Because laughing at scientific consensus when one is a figure of authority makes one look like a bit of a dill in hindsight.

George Christensen is in illustrious company, however:

"People gave ear to an upstart astrologer who strove to show that the earth revolves, not the heavens or the firmament, the sun and the moon....This fool wishes to reverse the entire science of astronomy; but sacred scripture tells us that Joshua commanded the sun to stand still, and not the earth." – Martin Luther

The earth is flat I tell you.

You do realise that it's still called the "theory" of evoloution right, still no empirical evidence to prove it as fact.

You may also be familiar with the theory of gravity and theory of relativity.

There is of course plenty of empirical evidence for evolution, but I suppose you've already read all the rebuttals.
