Seeing the somewhat erratic form of jesse white, just wondering if we would have been better off keeping Dawsey on our list, his form at the Deees hasn't been too bad at all.

I'm falling out of my chair laughing.
Watch out Piesnchess the Committee For UnCollingwood Activities will be after you for expressing thought like that.
I will say White isn't half bad in my opinion.
However while your at it maybe you should consider the wisdom of kicking out a premiership key position player and replacing him with a useless spud like Quentin Lynch _________________ "Only the weak believe that what they do in battle is who they are as men" - Thomas Marshall - "Ironclad". |

His output this season pretty much mirrors that of White as a forward.
I think White offers a bit more in the 2nd ruck position.
With Reid missing he would have proved a useful foil for Cloke but once fit Reid is the superior forward option.
Reid is second only to Cloke at the club in his ability to take a contested mark IMO which is something Dawes isn't renowed for. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

Yeah eight touches in a five goal loss proves moving him on was a mistake.
Wellingham had sixteen touches today also.

I wouldn't think Dawes is an upgrade no what we have. I'd prefer a Gunston or Breust to be honest. Either of the would be a huge upgrade over White. _________________ Fighting against the objectification of woman. |

When Reid come back soon he should go to the back-line. Relying on Keefe is killing us and we sorely need a creative key position player down back ASAP. _________________ "Only the weak believe that what they do in battle is who they are as men" - Thomas Marshall - "Ironclad". |

I think white will be ok in the long run, though dawsey did boot three goals today. I like dawes, far more than dollar daisy, I was sad to see him go really. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

This. I also wouldn't have asked him to play 2nd ruck, a role he's just not suited to. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Yeah and Witts kicked two. Against Hawthorn.
He also had four more possessions. And 25 hitouts but of course that is a meaningless stat.
He can't hold a candle to Ceglar apparently.

Don't worry, BC - those standards will change abruptly again when Ceglar is dropped for McEvoy (who is properly back from injury now and kicked 5 goals for Box Hill today). |

Can just imagine Breust and Gunston playing second ruck... Can you imagine how these boards would light up then |

Yeah but they just played against us and kicked goals against us jackcass.
It doesn't matter how tall or short they are - you want the guy you bitterly/jealously watched play well against your team the most recently.
