...especially the way it was launched with the massive press conference. All this did was impugn the good name of athletes who had never done anything wrong.

What a disgrace! The Blackest Day in Australian sport? It sure was, and not because of sport, but the political operators who thought they would benefit by this stunt.

Yeah heard a bit about it all on the radio this morning.
Who were these politicians who decided to do the big "blackest day in Australian sport" again? Any of them still in politics?

This is a classic example of why Nicks Other AFL is a silly idea. Very few people come to this part of the site to read these threads. This is an important topic that has gone begging because most people only read the General Discussion - which apparently now is only for Collingwood topics.
Stui you would be saddened to know that most of the pollies who got behind the ASADA investigation are still sucking on the public tit in Canberra!
